ORDERS

At any moment, you can simply click on the “Inquire Now” button found under each Couture look or the “Reserve Now” button under each Ready-To-Wear look and you will be directed to the respective sales representative who will assist you with your order.
If you saw a piece you love and would like to inquire more about it, our sales representatives will gladly assist you. You can reach them via email at info@rami-kadi.com or via WhatsApp at +961 71 038 273.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Items can be exchanged only for another size, within 15 days of receipt. If the required size is not available, you can pre-order it. Exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the tags attached. We are not able to accept items that are damaged or altered.

These items will be returned to the customer. Please note that we do not cover the exchange shipping costs in these situations
We do not have a refund policy.

PAYMENT

Payments can be done via Bank transfer, Western Union / OMT, or by cash-on-arrival.

Orders take approximately 3 to 7 working days if there are no delays in customs.
Shipping is complimentary with your order.
We ship via DHL express worldwide, Aramex, and UPS
We provide worldwide shipping.
Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message that contains your tracking number, which you can use to track your order. If you face any difficulty, please reach out to the team via email or WhatsApp so we can further assist you.
Depending on the value of your order, you may or may not be charged customs, import duties, or taxes if you are ordering from outside Lebanon. These additional charges vary widely between different countries so we are unable to predict what your particular charges may be.

To create your unique, customized designer Couture gown, you can book an appointment to meet one-on-one with the designer. Simply click on the “Book Your Appointment” icon found on the top left of the website, and you can pick your preferred date and time to meet privately with the designer. The sales team will get back to you to confirm your appointment.
Private Session

Book your private session with the designer to tailor your own made-to-measure piece.
